We provide crash and multiplayer games, the Stagnum RGS platform, and related services exclusively to licensed gambling operators and aggregators (“Partners”). We do not offer services directly to end users/players.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect the following information from our Partners and their authorized representatives:

• Business contact details (name, email, phone, job title)
• Company information (legal name, registration number, jurisdiction, license details)
• Technical integration data (API keys, IP addresses, usage logs)
• Communication records (emails, meeting notes, support tickets)
• Financial data necessary for billing and revenue share reporting (company bank details, GGR reports)

We do not collect or process personal data of end players directly. That responsibility lies with the licensed operator.

3. How We Use the Data

We use collected data to:

• Provide, maintain, and support our platform and services
• Manage commercial and contractual relationships
• Process billing and revenue share settlements
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations
• Improve our products and infrastructure
• Communicate service updates, technical notices, and commercial information

We do not sell data. We may share data with:

• Technology subprocessors (hosting, analytics, security) under confidentiality agreements

We retain Partner data for the duration of the contractual relationship and for a minimum of 5 years thereafter, in line with standard financial and legal record-keeping obligations.

7. Your Rights

Authorized representatives of Partner companies may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal contact data by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to active Partners. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
